ELK M1 Automatic Arming

Hi everybody,
 
I set up my system to automatically arm  at 10pm every night. I also set it up to wish everyone goodnight. lol love to annoy the wife . This as been working for months now.
 
I have two questions.
 
First: Its two night the system arms at 9pm instead of 10pm. Not sure why. The IP Address of Time zone I use is the same one (132.246.168.148) and the local time is set up as -5 North America Eastern time. I understand that ELK always has issues during the time change period but this is the first time im having issue before the time change should take place.
 
Second question: I have a rule programmed in the ELK M1 that says Welcome Home when I get home and disarm the system. Sometimes when my Automatic Arm system rule kicks in it will also say Welcome home after it says Goodnight. Not sure why
 
Does anybody know why I'm having these issues and how I can solve them?

DST is a systemic problem for the Elk. Your rules must be triggering when you automatically arm.

I've had problems with mine saying things that it shouldn't when I disarm or arm.  It almost seems like they were queued for some reason.  No idea what causes it.  I ended up just disabling a bunch of the voice stuff and doing it all through my vera, it was easier than troubleshooting it.
