I just swapped out my old Omni Pro II that was starting to have issues, to the M1G. I do have the Carrier SAM unit that worked with out any issues with the Omni pro. I got the elk serial board and upload the firmware for carrier thermostats 40.0.6. And it works just fine with the 1st HVAC unit in my home the issue I am having is with the Second unit in the house. It doesn’t seem to be working with that. Doesn’t see the temp or let me make changes to it. I followed the instructions for the board and all the juniper setting were set to 1. Any help with getting this to work would be very helpful.. am I hissing something in the setting?? I did try different Baud settings but that didn’t seem to make any difference.
