Energy Levels stopped working

After a firmware update, my Omni Pro II stopped responding to Energy Levels. I have a series of programs to change the Energy Level based on my hydro provider and programmed routines to control hydro during peak and off-peak times. At some point, it seems the controller stopped accepting those changes and always states Energy Level Low. I just updated to 3.11 and still no go.

I tried manually sending an Energy Level command via PC Access and the controller doesn't update the consoles or run any programs triggered off Energy Level changes. Can anybody confirm this or is it just me? I'm going to try downgrading firmwares to get it going for now.

So I did more testing. Looks like it wasn't a firmware update, it was replacing a defective thermostat that caused the problem. The original OmniStat2 I had didn't have ZigBee and this one does. If I remove the thermostat, I can update energy levels fine. If I re-install the thermostat, the energy level always resets to Low and can't be updated from the controller. It seems the thermostat thinks it's reading the energy level and updates the controller, but it's evidentally not working correctly.

Does your thermostat have a Zigbee Radio or does it just have an Zigbee option in the menu? I am looking into this potential issue.

I believe it has the Zigbee Radio. I don't use Zigbee, but it happened to be included when my installer replaced a defective non-Zigbee unit I used to have.
