factory reset for elk m1-ez8

trying to find out how to perform a factory reset on an Elk M1EZ8 panel. I had an issue with an expansion module (powerline i/f and ethernet) I removed them and now get "Not Ready 7" at the key pads.

Have you resolved your Elk issue? what probs did you have with the expansion module?
