gadspot question

I have a gadspot dvr but cannot figure out how to delete recordings. My 200 gb drive is filling up and can't figure out how to delete the recordings.

Please help.

On mine I can go into the system settings and under "Record Setting" there is an Overwrite option. With this on, the DVR will automatically record over the oldest recordings so that you always have a full disk worth of the most recent recordings. You can also download individual recordings to your PC if you need to archive anything, but I don't know of any way to selectively delete individual recordings on the DVR.
