HAI Omni IIE text or email alarms?

Help a DIY...Newbie out.
I have a HAI Omni IIE, got rid of landline and will soon be hooking up the HAI, C3 wireless communicator that will only dial out to my or wife's cell phone. No monitoring company.
I have looked hi and low through the PC Access software but is there a way to program Omni to text or email our cell phones (via C3) for alarms?
I'm still trying to wrap my head around what DCM type, Contact ID means but think it has everything to do with what I'm trying to accomplish.
 
If this type of setup is incapable of achieving what I'm trying to accomplish, what are my options?

Short answer is its incapable. The most you can get from that setup is a voice call to your phones. If you want email or texts you need HaikuHelper or similar external "bolt-on". The DCM setup is for the alarm monitoring company, the voice side is the "Dialer".
