HAI Omnipro2 battery trouble

The terminal strips come off very easily.  They pull straight up.  There are little tabs, clips on each side keeping it place.

So I finally got the board back today from HAI after a repair.
The repair note said:
Problem Found: Battery issue - Q1 Blown/ R70 and Q9 short
Action Taken: Replace Q1, R70 & Q9 -Update FW & reset to factory default

I am in disbelief. I reconnected the board and let it sit for 24 hours- no problem. Uploaded the old configuration and within half an hour, started to get the battery low message again. I changed the battery and I updated the firmware to 4.0b and got a voltage reading of 225 but 2 days later, still getting this message with a reading of 231.

Awaiting a response from HAI support at this point.

Wondering if it could be something in the config that has caused this..?

followup: I see that the battery in the expansion enclosure is reading 34. Have swapped it with no success. Thinking that maybe this board is also faulty/blown...

Check the battery fuse on the expansion board with the voltmeter, it could have blown, then you just need to replace it
