Help with M1G rule

I have a rule on my MIG as follows

Whenever the time is 530am
AND area 1 is armed night
Then Disarm Immediately.

It works like it is supposed to but it does not send a disarm command to my alarm monitoring company, so it appears as though my alarm is still armed on their website. I use NextAlarm. Don't know if it makes a difference in the grand sceme of things.
Any ideas on how to modify the rule to send the disarm command to the alarm monitoring company?

Thanks,
Chad

Can you watch the control or check the logs to see if it actually calls the central station to update the status? It should.

I've found that that system status indicator on the website by nextalarm is not always correct and can also have a serious lag.

You using the ABN or regular phoneline?

I am using the ABN.

In my log it says in the extended data
"no code" (User 203)
I have never set up a user 203
So it does not look like it is calling the central station.
I was wondering if I could put something in the rule so it would.

When I disarm using the keypad it says
General(user 2)

Any further help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Chad

I seem to recall that Elk setup a dedicated user number for things like that, but a quick search couldn't find it. When a rule does something, it makes sense that it has to use SOME user number. Check the current M1G docs or just setup user 203 and enable notifications for it?

Setup user 203 in the communicator user section to allow for disarms to be sent to the central station.
