HomeSeer has updated their ZNet product to support Zigbee as well as Z-Wave. In addition to HS4, the ZNet can be used with HomeAssistant via ZwaveJS and Serial over IP for Zigbee.
For anyone not familiar with the ZNet, it's a custom Pi-based device with an integrated Z-Wave radio. Users connect it to the controller via their LAN (ethernet or wifi) to control multiple buildings, locate the zigbee/zwave radio somewhere central in the home or have meshes that exceed a single controller (232 zwave devices, zigbee device limit varies by controller)
