Hi All:
I am brand new to the forum. I recently purchased an HAI Omni Pro 2 to replace an Advent Navigator that had an uncorrectable flash memory error. I bought this system because I was attracted to the fact I could use my existing wireless ITI 319.5Mhz products with the Omni Pro 2 through the use of an HAI/ITI Wireless receiver (42A002). I was assured that all of my wireless products would indeed work with the new system but I cannot seem to get the ITI wireless smoke detectors to be learned by the 42A002 receiver.
I will say that the wireless glass breaks and the wireless rise-of-heat detectors WILL learn without issue. It seems to be limited to
the ESL 570 smoke detector.
Has anyone had any experience with this problem, or perhaps someone from HAI could answer this ?
I would appreciate any suggestions you might have..I did do a quick search on the forum with no useful hits.
I am continuing to search. Since I cannot contact HAI directly as an end user customer I am somewhat limited with the avenues
of support.
Many Thanks!
-Dan
