Issue with Smoke reversing relay

I just installed a reversing relay and have an issue with it causing Fire Trouble after a smoke detector goes off. It does make the sounders in all the smokes go off however it causes a Fire Trouble on 2 of the 3 smoke zones. All 3 zones are wired the same with a EOLR on each one.
I am using GE 449CST smokes with the DSC RM2 EOL Power Supervision Module
Reversing relay is the GE ESL 405-3 I have its nofication points connected to Output 2 which is configured as Voltage out.

Even using the Smoke reset function on the keypad it does not clear the trouble, I have to power off the panel in order to reset it.

Is my issue due to the supervision module not working correctly with the reversing relay? If so which EOLR should I use?

Thanks

Ok solved the issue myself. Stupid mistake on my part. When installing the reversing relay i grabbed a ground from a motion instead of the ground from the smoke. Fixed my wiring issue and all is good. All smokes went off as expected and then after acknowledging the alarm was able to use the reset function to silence the smokes.

EDIT: Before people ask yes I am using Fire Wire, however at the point were the ground wires are located the red jacket is removed.
