Lightning counter

Dear sirs,
I have a lighniting counter (order #5346 / 2008) in a daisy chain together with leafwetness and solar.
Daisy chain works in the sense that WD correctly reveals leafwetness and solar
WD does not reveal LIghtning sensor DS2423 anymore
Lightning sensor has
- battery 9 v new
- antenna connected
- earth grounded

Can you help me ?

Can you try the OneWireViewer to see if it can be seen there.

HI Eric,
yes I launched the OnWIreViewer and I got the following DS

DS2760
DS2438
DS1990A (I suppose it is the moisture meter)

So no presence of LIghtning counter

Looks like something must have happened to the DS2423 in the Lightning Detector. Unfortunately there is not much to be done if that happens. You can try replacing the DS2423 but they are not very easy to desolder.

A question somewhat related to this topic:

I have also a lightning detector and read it with owfs. I get values of 67404123, 2285054301 voor counter.ALL (counter A en counter B). Even if I disconnect it from the system and removes the battery, it gives me these values.
How can I reset the counter?

If you have access or have a Temp08/05 use it to reset the counter. I do this with my rain and water meter counters too.

I have not a Temp08/05. I only use the 1-wire USB connector to my linux-pc.
