The M1 Software Release version 4.4.10 is available at http://m1dealer.elkproducts.com website. There are also additional keypad software upgrades.

In the next day or so there will be an ELKRP software upgrade also.

The M1 Software Release version 5.0.10 will be available when the new ELK M1XRF 144 zone wireless receiver is ready to ship in coming weeks.

I know one advantage is that the sensors are enrolled into the ELK panel rather than the receiver. This makes life easier if multiple receivers are needed.

Advantages:

More Zones, More Receivers, etc.

Disadvantages:

A flood of Caddix Receviers on eBay
