M1G - announce counter value

Can someone please let me know if it is possible to announce the counter value. Under voice message vocabulary there is "[say number]", will this do the trick. I know I can display the counter on the lcd but is it also possible to announce it. Thanks

One possiblity I can think of is to create text string to include the %CTR% variable, sent the text out port 0 and use my.elk.txt to speak the counter value using homeseer tts engine. Is there any other option. Also can someone place explain to my how to use "[say number]".

The "Say Number" is used when saying the alarm zone number after an alarm.
