I enabled the wireless with the log going and in 2 mins about 20 or 30 emails went out. I tracked ot down to my wifes laptop which has no known virus's or adware etc based on scans.
I am going to wipe it and start over and see what happens. That should fix it unless someone hijacked the IP address.
And Cablevision says teh filter kicks in after 50 emails per hour (their limit).
