Master Hub broken

Hi!

A thunder stroke to my PC a few weeks ago via ethernet and broke my mobo. Now I have a new PC and my master hub is not working anymore. I can't connect to it, onewireviewer says "1-wire net not available". I tested that the regulator gives 5 volts and it goes to MAX232 and to DS2480B chips.

What is the first thing to change? The MAX232 chip?

I was wondering if I can somehow bypass the serial adapter and use my DIY adapter which I built by mrsofts instructions ?

Problem solved!

I changed the MAX232-chip and now its 100% working.
