MyRo Screen advice.

I've been trying to decide on Screen selections for my new home.  I never really liked the look of the 5.7e but I keep reading good things about the customization. I have also read that the new OmniTouch 7 is not customizable.
 
I've been reading a lot of good reviews about the MyRO:Home setup but I can't find what people are using for the panel.  I would like to flush mount mine in the wall and would really like it to be PoE.
 
Any advice out there?

I would still like to explore my options with My:Ro and some type of touch screen interface.
 
Can My:Ro Home run on the 5.7e?
