Need a Solution

Looking to be able when Monitoring my home or business 24/7, I am able to set off Strobe lights/ set alarms to detect what section of the house or business has been violated and I want to Speak to the Intruder via a call from my cell or House phone,any land line or VOIP signal. Is there any DRV or Security System available with these functions?

Not completely clear on how you want this to work...
Does the alarm system alert you via text or call and you call back to the house?
Do you already have the alarm system?
In any case Asterisk should be able to do the phone part.

I would like to see if there is a DVR that has the fuctionality to set off certain alarms/strobes as well as giving you the functionality of recieving the text/email/ or call, and at that time be able to respond immediately to the intruder, with some kind of Verbal/voice. I do have an alarm system in place but it is set off all the time by Cats, bums,people walking by etc.I have also lowered the sensitivity of the sensor but then I get the break ins.and also false alarm Charges are astronomical. So if there is anything that you could think of please I am in dire need. Thank you for your help!

Check out the Speco line as they have a voice annunciation.
