Sweet, it doesn't report that error anymore to NextAlarm. What could have been the issue before?

I have no idea. Something could have been scrambled. We all need a good electroshock jolt once in a while.

By the way, which page on the manual can I find more information about the item I encircled(in yellow) on the attached image? I don't know if I need to modify it or not(Restoral, Bypass and Trouble). It's the Communicator-Zone RC for my zone 4.

Do you want to send restoral, bypass, or trouble on that zone to NextAlarm? If so what do you want NextAlarm to do if it receives the signal?

I think, what I need to do first is find out what does 3 terminologies mean. From there, I will be able to understand it better.
