Thanks for all the help gents. Got ahold of the installer for more details. Just need the window (apparently those were wire caps as well) and door sensors to arrive and do some programming and that'll wrap up my first security system install. Cant wait to see how the thermostats and light switches respond to my wireless receiver. Thanks again.
