New Post Error?

I tried to start a new thread and received an error message about not enough posts? Are there a min # of posts you have to have before starting a new thread?

Disregard...I was able to start a new thread. The error message was for posting links. Apparently new member's cannot post links until a certain # (?) of posts are made.

Once I removed the links the thread was successfully posted.

Yeah - you're fine; I think it's the 4th post that lets you post links; just need to eliminate the spammers first!
