This is great, it'll even turn lights and fan on/off from one unit that fits in the canopy so if you have a single power run to the fan you don't have to run a second one to have separate switching!
Got spammed this in my email earlier today, I'm gonna have to buy two ... though not right away. Definately going to pick up one for now though who knows when I get around to installing it. It's only $80, too.
The lights are full dim just like any other INSTEON device, but the fan has 4 speeds (off-low-mid-high). I haven't found any details yet on how it works specifically but presumably this is proper fan speed control not some horrible triac hack.
