It is private key of a public-key encryption. Like I said, those who know what it is will get a laugh that someone used pastebin.com to store/transfer their private key. The public key isn't there, but still shouldn't be done.

The result page is known as a google hack. Essentially, you could craft a search to find M1Gs facing the internet. See the GHDB for more examples if you are interested.
