I got this back from them...

"If you go to the run option on the computer and type dxdiag to run the directx diagnostic program, then go to the display tab, what does it say the status is for direct draw acceleration, direct 3d acceleration, and apg texture acceleration? These all have to be enabled for the software to work."

If I look at my VB system I am missing the 3d acceleration and the apg texture acceleration. I dont seem to be able to get these to install.

If anyone know how to do that let me know. Thanx.

Im still looking into the display drivers for the VB system. Who knows may be it cannot be done. .

So if you go into the settings for that virtual machine in VirtualBox, you don't see the checkbox to enable 3D? You must enable it for the Virtual Machine before you have access to it within windows.

Yes I enabled it but it does not seem to matter.
