Remote Access to the OmniTouch 5.7e?

The install manual for the OmniTouch 5.7e implies you can connect to it remotely.

“When configuring the touchscreen for remote access, HAI recommends that you assign each touchscreen a static IP addressâ€

How do you connect to it remotely, via a browser using the IP and port?

Are you able to see what is on the screen or does it have some other interface?
Can you control setting this way?

The remote access would be used for updating the Omnitouch 5.7e remotely with Automation Studio.
