RJ12 to DB9 pinouts for nuvo grand concerto to Omni pro II

I have a modular rj12 to db9 adapter, where it comes in two pieces. I'm trying to create the modular adapter that comes with the 36A05-4 serial connectivity kit.

The rj12 portion has 6 wires loose: green, white, yellow, blue, red, black. Can you anyone help me figure out which color goes into the corresponding hole on the db9? Sorry i'm new to this.

For an RJ-11 its the following (I would just get an RJ-11 to 9 Pin RS-232 and set it up as follows)

DB9 -> RJ-11
5 -> 1
3 -> 3
2 -> 4

I'm looking now at the HAI 36A05-3 which is a 9 pin serial to an RJ-12 (6 pin). Kind of interesting that the documentation states its an RJ-11 connector.

The cable running to the HAI panel is an RJ-11 4 pin. The four pins sit in the middle of the RJ-12 connector so they would be using either 2-4 or 4-2 and you would just renumber them 1-4. The colors inside are not the same as yours.

The standard for an RJ-12 is:

Pin Signal Description

1 DCD Data Carrier Detect (IN)
2 RXD Receive Data (IN)
3 DTR/RTS Data Terminal Ready/ Request To Send (OUT)
4 GND Ground
5 TXD Transmit Data (OUT)
6 CTS Receive Hardware Flow Control
