I saw a video for this recently and thought it was a neat project. So far I've got SiriProxy running on my Raspberry Pi, tested it through Siri "Siri Proxy is up and running", but once I try to add all my settings (ISY login, Insteon nodes,etc) I get error messages like "sorry not programmed to do so" I was hoping someone here had a visual guide of editing the config files and basically show me how to add everything.

I assume you are using my plugin. As I mentioned before siriproxy-isy performs a direct match of the names of the devices. You need to export your isy config HTML file which will provide you a report containing the node IDs which you need to edit the isyconfig.rb file. The names of the devices cannot contain any punctuation or siriproxy will not match the device. Also make use to include the %20 between the device IDs addresses. Follow the instructions I posted on my github repo.
