Haiku Space Questions/Troubleshooting/etc

Provided you've written the extended setup to the controller, refreshing/clearing cache in Haiku should be all that is required. In HaikuHelper you just need to click Sync.
As I said, I did that in HH and the cameras still show.

In Space, how do I clear the cache apart from 'Refresh Configuration'?

Refresh Configuration is the correct option. If this is not working, likely the changes did not get written to the controller. Have you tried re uploading the configuration to the controller?

Absolutely, and then I read it back, just to check.

The only way I've had good success in getting Space to consistently re-sync is to go into the controller config in Space and change the IP (one digit is fine) and save it. Obviously, space won't find the controller at the bogus ip. Then go back into the config and change the controller back to the valid IP. This causes a "hard" sync. Your milage may vary. But it works for me.

Try quitting Space completely (by using the double home button click and sliding the Space app off the screen). Then restart Space and refresh the configuration. Did that remove the camera?

Nope

That's really strange. I was able to find and reproduce the problem here, but quitting and restarting Space does cause it to get removed here. This particular bug will be fixed in the next update. Let me know if you still have this issue after the next Space update.

Quick question on Access Control: I have a system with two access card readers, and the door sensors are directly tied to those. When I log in through PCA I cannot see anything about the door sensors, however in Space Automation the two doors show up in the security page, and both of them show as Not Ready.

My understanding was that HAI does not track those doors, the access card readers do. So if we can't read them, could we remove them from the security page?

Thanks,
Do you mean you are seeing the locks listed as zones with a shield icon?

* If the lock is LOCKED you can only press UNLOCK, if the lock is UNLOCKED then you can only press LOCK. Press one of these and you get a not needed, extra click window that gives you two options to click on, Enter Password or Cancel.  This window should be eliminated as you can click Cancel from the password keypad window next. Just go directly to the keypad.
This only comes up if you have Touch ID enabled I believe. Otherwise it does get skipped.

I've installed the new version, but am still experiencing the same problem - I still can't get rid of the old cameras that were created in extended setup and then removed.

I'm not able to reproduce this with HaikuHelper. I would need temporary remote access to your controller to confirm/identify the bug.

Could it be a RAM issue on the controller holding on to the information?  Sounds plausable since both the apps and HH are keeping the information.

I had a problem with my last Omnipro firmware upgrade (3.15) that caused some odd behavior with my board.  Unpugging the AC power and battery for 5-10 minutes cleared up my issues.

That's what I suspect as well, since its consistent across both apps and we've never seen this in HaikuHelper or Haiku. If I can get access to test I can confirm either way.
