Touch Panel Mounting

Hello my Cocoontech friends! I recently purchased a Comfile CUWIN 3200 and found out the hard way that it does not come prepared for flush mount into drywall. I note that there are a few members that have mounted this unit and am hoping to learn from them and/or anybody on the best way to mount this unit in a completed home.

Seems that mounting to a thin sheet of metal or plexiglass may be in order here.
