Two questions regarding ELK M1 and a Vista20 swap out... and keypads.

My first question is if Bay Alarm/Vista20/presumably honeywell keypads can be used with the Elk M1. I assume the answer is no and have been searching for confirmation, but if anyone can verify that I'd appreciate it.

My second question is more general - what is the best and or biggest Elk M1 keypad available? It's going to be replacing a relatively large (larger than the Elk-M1KP2) Bay Alarm control and the wall/sheet rock doesn't look so great behind it. I'd like to get something that will cover up most of it.

I was thinking of an Elk M1KPB or KPNAV. But the only thread I could find on the KPNAV was when it first came out and a handfull of issues.

Anyone bought one since and happy about it?

Elk is Elk and Honeywell is Honeywell, sorry. You do have another option, find a new v20 chip for your panel. Or you could just board swap the panel.

Also, the regular KP will basically cover a 3 gang box/mounting pattern, which is the largest Honeywell keypad side/trade size, barring the keypads that were vertical (B suffix PN's) or the ancient keypads for the 41 series vistas.
