web-link user and pass

I am working on web-link and trying to get logged in. I have verified connectivity to the panel and can use PC-Access. I was able to configure the IP and key to connect to the panel. However, when I try to login, I get username/password errors.

For codes, I created a new code, #2, called it Danny and gave it a numeric code.

I am logging in with

Danny
#### - # replaced by my 4 digit code that I have verified that I can use to enable/disable the alarm.

System: HAI OmniPro II

I figured it out, I had to re-read the configuration from the panel to import the new username.
