Premise Will Premise do that for me ?

I want to built a new House with HA, but i don't know which controller is the best for me.
I look at Homeseer and try the trial version. But maybe Premise will work gor me too.
For lights i want to go with Zwave and insteon.
I don't have a Home Theatre i will have just a Multi Room Audio with Russound or a PC media server and run Jriver.
Security System, i am looking at DSC and i want to install that or simillar.
My Problem is i am not a programmer and i will have Controller/Software that is easy to use.
For me is Important:
Easy to use.
Price,
Compatibility,
Features,
Android.
 
I need a software/controller for:
Light, Sercurity System, Multi Room Audio, Sprinkler, Heat and Cooling,
 
How can Premise work on an Android Tablet ?

For your requirements, you might want to consider a combo security system / home automation controller like the HAI Omnipro or the Elk M1.  Those will do everything you listed and you wouldn't need a dedicated PC running at all.

Sprinkler: Globalcache relay; Insteon;
HVAC - Aprilaire; HAI; Enerzone; much more..
 
Android? Minivrowser - works across platforms; Etc has an Android app...
There are a number of modules that can extend your interface...weather, mp3s, a/v control, and a whole lot more, and more being created...
