ELK M1 Rules for Power issues

Hello,
I'm wanting to create a couple (maybe a few) rules in the ELK to email/txt me when I have AC and DC power issues.  Can someone help me understand the difference between the "troubles" in the attached image?

You'll get AC power failure codes when the AC power to the M1 goes out.  Low Backup Battery occurs when the M1's battery voltage drops below 10.2V.
 
The Power Supv Zn codes are for a remote/aux power supply, such as the Elk P212S, and report on its own AC power and battery status.
