Bought a new computer. Purchased a new PIM-U from pulseworx. The old PIM was serial the new is USB. Installed the new PIM yesterday and worked fine. Today It will not. I have tried everything I know to get this working again but to no avail. So I reinstalled the old PIM (serial) and it doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?
