I'm a little confused. If you have 2 Keypads and you have them on branch #1 (homerun)each keypad should have a terminating jumper on it but should a jumper be moved on the data bus hub?

Not exactly sure what your setup is, but I think it is second example from the manual (see attached screen shot).
 

 
In that case you would terminate each keypad, but not the one on the DBHR

     Reading a little bit more I see that my jumpers were set correctly and the hookup was correct. The issue was the keypad enrollment process and having 2 keypads with the same address. Thanks for the help!
