Elk M1G will not arm

Has anyone experienced an Elk M1G that will arm normally using the exit or stay key but not by entering the users code. When disarming, the users code is accepted at the keypad and system disarms. Probelm occurs on all three keypads.

Is the "Arm" user authorization box for that user code checked in ELK RP?

The "Arm" user authorization box is checked for that user code in ELK RP and the system does not contain a central controller.

Thank you Video321, that was the problem. This panel was one of the first we installed in 2001, and we must have thought it needed to be checked at the time.
