Elk Time or Daylight savings mess up

So this happened again this year. I still have 5.2.8. Updating today to 5.2.10. Its fixed in 5.2.10, right?

It's guaranteed to be fixed for at least a few months

I stopped caring; Mine adjusts correctly on the day of the change; a day or two later it's an hour off; within a week it fixes itself again. I never have to intervene (intervention attempts are fruitless and frustrating).

I'll try the firmware update before the next change though just to see what happens.
