hai depluggable terminal strips -how to

Hi anyone know how to safely remove the depluggable terminal strips on the hai omni panels.  I see black tabs but I'm afraid to pull to hard etc.  Can't find instructions in either installation or users manuals.  HAI closed for holiday today and want to install.  I have old omni II and replacing with OMNI IIe so want to remove all terminals and place on new panel rather than rewiring all.

First, shut off ALL power, obviously.
 
Then get yourself a very small flatheat screwdriver. Just an inch or two long if you can find one.  Then gently pry the screwdriver under the terminal strip and gently pry it up a bit, then do the same on the otherside. I think there are 4 terminal strips total, at least on an Omni Pro II.  DON'T force it, but slowly they should pry up.  Do one side a little, then the other side, and go back and forth.  Its really not difficult, but go slow and don't rush.  Your gently pushing each up by prying. 
 
Don't disconnect any wires from the terminals first. If you have the replacement board you can practice on that one first.
 
I've done this 4 or 5 times and never had a problem.
