HAI Hardwire Zone Expander Issue

Quick stupid question for all.  I have an OmniPro II with two hardwire zone expanders installed.  I have set the expansion module 1 and 2 to hardwire expander within PC Access.  The zones all show up and can be named, etc.  The issue is all of the expanded zones show a loop of ZERO and not ready no matter what happens.  The on board zones all work fine, its just the expanded zones.
 
The ribbon cables are connected to the main controller and the address jumper is set on 1 for the first and 2 for the second. 
 
Am I forgetting something or otherwise screewed up???

Did you load the setup settings into the controller?

Make sure you didn't offset the ribbon cables to the left or right one pin column (I've done it).

Yes, even restarted the controller and quit and restarted pcaccess....thanks

Are zone working thats NOT on the expanded panel? Do you have no resistors but its set up in PC access WITH resistors?

Try one expander at a time. Set each to address 1. See if one of the two is broken. same for the ribbon cables.

Doubled checked after all else failed and this was it, had the whole top row offset....idiot...  thanks for all the replies..
