HAI Voice Module Line Out into Russound C5 paging

Hey folks,   I have connected the line out of my HAI voice module to Source 8 (Paging) on my Russound C5. I have the volume all the way up on the voice module and the zones on the russound set so the paging volume is 100 but I can still bearly hear the HAI system through my audio zone when it makes an annoucment. The speakers that I have connected to the speaker out of the voice module are loud and clear but the paging is not. I am usually a normal stereo 3.5mm jack to red and white RCAs from the voice module to the russound. Am I doing something wrong???

looking to do the same thing in the next week or so, I don't think the HAI module is capable of stereo. So you may have to split the signal if you want to hear from both speakers.

I've ran into this problem several times. Just use one side of the stereo output. Forgot which one but one side will give you almost no audio and the other works fine.

Thank you for the reply...  I guess I could just use a mono 3.5mm cord and feed it into both Left and Right then correct??  I should have looked up the voice module to see if it was mono or stereo before connecting it up....
