Look at this Chinese A/C wiring

I wanted you guys opinion on what I'm dealing with here in China. This is my condo wiring which I'm sure will be the same for my town house being built here now.
I am not an A/C sparky, so I need to know what you all think about this scheme and problems thereof when I go to add my HA stuff. Mainly the PLC-BUS lighting andwhole house surge/lightning supression.

I need to know as much about this as possible becuase the builders will not nothing outside standard wiring as shown here. There is nothing on the net that I have found. So first this looks to me like single phase 220v/50hz. Right?? Also down at the buildings main, they do have 4 wires coming into the building. The earth ground doesn't make it up to my condo. Only the 3 wires come into my condo's breaker box.

Any suggestions or diagrams I can pass onto my builder now so that the A/C is CORRECT for the town house and ready for HA magic???

Please help!!!

something is wrong with the switch wiring. Right now it appears that it would be a direct short to ground and would trip the breaker. Is there a lamp/load missing?

Yes, it would appear that you have a single phase 220V system, but I am no expert on international wiring.

The switch is incorrect. I can't tell from your diagram what the switches function is, but the other leg should go to neutral, not ground. And there should be a load across the switch to neutral run. the way it is now, you're just testing the breaker functionality.

Thanks for the feedback. The diagram I made is a result of me physically looking at the various boxes myself. The light switch has only 2 wires and terminals there and they were colored as I show in the diagram. Where exactly these wires go, I don't know. Up to the light? That seems most logical.

In China as they wire, workers will grab whatever wire is lying around to make a run. They don't care about color. I found wire splices change 3 colors in 3 meter run. I can say that color code at my breaker panel to the main would be accurate. But after it gets inside my condo, anything is possible.

Should I take a look at the wiring at the light? Will this give you guys a better idea of what's going on? I really want to be 100% sure about the wiring because I will direct these workers to wire my townhouse exactly my way. There is no codes or inspections here, so I want to have this safely done right the first time. Again, I know very little about A/C stuff. Enough to be dangerous.

Thanks all

if the switch only has two wires it is a dead end switch leg meaning that in the light the neutral is connected to the light as is needed for it to work, and the hot wire is connected to one of the wires that goes to the switch, and the other wire returning from the switch is connected to the light
