I used the same MS motherboard from logicsupply due to it having 4 SATA ports. I use it for a freenas server.
Whatever you decide to do make sure to use an 80Plus rated power supply. It does make a difference. I had the actual 380 wattt 80 plus wattage compared to a 350 watt standard supply, both from Antec, and there was a difference of 8 - 10 watts at idle if I remember correctly.
