I just received a replacement board because of an issue with the board not powering the sirens.
I installed the new board and the sirens work, but it's not dialing out to my security provider (which worked on the old board).
The board was installed exactly the same as the old board and nothing was changed in PC Access which was downloaded to the board.
When the security is tripped, the board picks up, gets a dial tone and attempts to dial, but for whatever reason doesn't connect.
Anything else I need to do to make this work?
