Omnipro II Output Names

Hey guys. I've been creeping the forums for awhile now and learning a lot. I'm doing my first install with HAI that someone else started a couple years ago so it's been a learning curve as I've found out they didn't really know what they were doing. 
 
Onto my issue though... I have the system pretty much up and running how I would like it to but I'm having a problem with the output names and as they show up on the Omnitouch 5.7e's as well as in the snaplink app. I had entered a couple output names that I have since deleted and changed to different names but the old names as well as new ones come up on the screens. They don't control anything at all when turned on.
 
 
I have tried re writing the controller, reinstalling the firmware, restarting the whole system, I've even gone as far to delete every output I have and rewrite it with nothing and only those names will show up. It's driving me crazy!!!

Try an EEPROM reset back to factory defaults.
 
Then upload your PCAccess config file and see if it clears.
If not, then it is a problem with your file.
 
The EEPROM Reset is the second to last option in the Miscellaneous menu. 
Button 6 on the console keypad.

Awesome! Thanks. I won't be able to try it for a little while as the house is 2 hours away from where I live but that will be the first thing I try when I go back. If it doesn't work then I'll try and write a new program to it.
