PC Access CD dead

PC Access CD is scratch to heck and back - don't ask, I don't know.

I can't read the setup.exe.  I am trying to build a new host for my build.

Is it downloadable from HAI/Leviton somewhere.  I have a legit serial number so that won't be a problem.

I am trying to dd the CD and see if I can pull it down that way.

3 different cdroms with no success.  I may have answered myself.  Found the _download folder on machine I am migrating off of - trying the exe now.

Edit...

It worked.

A couple of things to know:

1. If you are a registered user you can always send an e-mail to tech support. Be sure to include your name, company name and serial number and request them to resend your registration information. They will send an email to the registered e-mail address that include you registered info and a link to download the latest version of PC Access 3.

2. If you are migrating to a new PC you should check out the Knowledgebase (
http://kb.homeauto.com/) and search for "Transferring PC Access to New PC". There is a procedure that will retain all of your account files, security stamp, etc.

3. As you discovered, whenever PC Access updates itself it downloads the installer to the ..\PC Access\_download\ folder. This file can be used to reinstall PC Access but you will still need your serial number.
