PC Access with Wine on Mac

God, why? Just run a virtual machine instead. Parallels or VirtualBox being two popular choices.
That and have you checked whether or not the program in question will run in a VM environment?

JonW - Yup tried with both Wine and WineBottler - same result.
Using both Wine and Winebottler same result. Initial password screen launches but squashes all content into single space and then will not accept the password. Need to start with wine tricks.

I did, Oracle's VirtualBox or Parallels. Both are fine examples of VM hypervisors that work on the Mac.
Granted, what those accomplish is to stand up a whole instance of a Windows (or whatever OS you like) machine within the VM. This isn't the same as what WINE 'wants to accomplish' of running just the program as if it were a local program. Yeah, if it's a strictly textbook program it might have a shot. But few programs are and lots doesn't work with WINE.
Here's a thought, what's the program you're trying to run? There may be other ways to 'skin the cat'.

Here I have been able to run PC Access in Wine on my desktops / laptops which run Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit.
It was a PITA to get PCAccess running as base Wine configuration is 64 bit.
I prefer to run the wintel applications in Wine rather than a VB here today mostly related to the simplicity of just the wintel appllication today.
The main automation Homeseer 3 mothership today is running Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit and an Oracle VB of Windows server.
The Wintel server runs Upstart and PC Acess today when I need to run it and it does fine.
I also utilize the Windows server VB to connect to my Quatech / Digi USB Anywhere servers relating to automation here.
