I was trying to get started with this software. Did a quick set up last night and it's gone today. Apparently my activation time has expired. How do I fix this? I'm sure it's simple but a search didn't clearly define how to set the activation.

Thanks,

Clay

There isn't a timeout anymore. Back in the day, there was a trial version. The version that is currently available is the fully functional version.
When you say 'it's gone', what do you mean?

Thanks for the response! The version I have won't allow me to save anything, export, import. I thought it was autosaving, but it was not. It keeps telling me my activation has expired. I d/l'd from the links on this wiki site.

I don't have Premise installed anymore but In builder there is a place to self activate the software, it might be under server settings.
I am sorry I can't remember exactly where to look.

If it helps, here is a screen grab of my server settings:

Your screen shows an active license, and a keycode. Mine doesn't. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Tried d/l again an reinstalling. Even tried manually changing in the windows registry.......No Luck.

Did you make sure there were no leftover files after you uninstalled Premise? I know some programs don't completely remove everything.

Okay I did an uninstall, used a program registry scrubber, and downloaded again. Re-installed and this time the activation was allowed. Thanks for the help guys.
