I have my Output 1 volumes set as such in ElkRP:
When the non-alarm voice plays (chime, etc) it is plenty loud (as expect from setting #4). When I trigger a test alarm via my CO sensor, the siren starts low (as expected from setting #1) and ramps up to very loud (as expected from setting #2). The problem I have is with the voice announcement. Even though setting #3 is the same as setting #4, the alarm volume voice is no where near as loud as it is during a non-alarm. I have 2 ELK-SP12F and 1 ELK-73 speakers in parallel (for an impedence of 5.33 ohms).
Any ideas?

- Output 1 maximum volume siren alarm: 5
- Output 1 maximum volume voice alarm: 6
