I can't seem to get my Rain8 Pro to connect with my current wiring. I had it set up, but did some reorganizing through a patch panel and now I can't remember what I did.
My understanding was that the difference between a RJ11 and RJ45 is that Pin 1 and Pin 8 on the RJ45 don't exist. I used a standard RJ45 to DB9 connector and nothing. Do I have to wire the RJ45 to DB9 differently for a RJ11 jack?
