Russound UNO-S1 Question

I've got a UNO S1 on which the button backlight doesn't seem to work. The LCD itself is fine. I can set it to green/amber/off... but for no setting do the buttons light up like the rest of my keypads. Any ideas what might be wrong with this guy?

Check the punchdowns on the back to make sure they are all tight and make sure no Cat-5(e) clipplings got caught in the circuitry.

i had this happen once and the installer said that a light bulb had burnt out.
